Our Support Objective

Our support objective is to provide you with a reliable, responsive and trouble-free web site. However, if there are problems, we want to know as soon as possible so that we may correct them.

There will be no charges for phone calls or emails to report or discuss a problem.

You will not be billed for remedies to problems that we or our hosting service cause.

We may bill you for solutions to your problems, if so, you will be notified of this prior to our performing the service.

PALDOM prefers that problems be reported by email. This allows you to write a complete description of the problem as your see it.

Hourly Support

Hourly billing rates will apply to any service or problem resolution, not included in a maintenance plan.

Maintenance Plan

Monthly or quarterly maintenance plans may be developed for specific web site requirements. We will quote you a price which could include any or all of the items shown in the “Services” column to the right.

This would allow us to support your needs on a regular basis.

Support on a “per incident” basis may also be quoted to cover a specific period of time. This could be used to cover some of your own content maintenance functions if you were to be unavailable for a length of time (if you took an out of town vacation, for example).
